Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Please use the original packaging materials when returning the product. Some items are non-returnable, including perishable goods such as food or flowers, as well as newspapers and magazines. We also cannot accept returns on personal care items, hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.

Other non-returnable items include:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Health and personal care items

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In some situations, only a partial refund may be granted:
• Books with obvious signs of use
• Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
• Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (If Applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at erikatsumura33@gmail.com and send your item to the following address:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For items valued over ¥75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
